We would like to assure you that your delight is our top-most priority and thus all the necessary steps have been put in place to ensure that your experience is hassle free and free of all avoidable inconveniences. Each product that you order from us goes through strict quality checks before it is packed and only after due clearance is it handed over to our trusted delivery partners. 

Special care  is taken while packing your order. Every product comes in its biodegradable box, which is then given water protection by placing it in plastic covers. For fragile items, if any, extra layer of bubble wrap protection is added

We have a reliable pan-India delivery network. You could be in any part of the country; we will make sure your order reaches you unscratched.

 

What happens after the order is placed?

We will keep you in the loop from the time you place your order till the time it reaches your doorstep. Once your order is placed, each item in your order undergoes strict quality checks before it is packed and dispatched for delivery. You will be notified about the dispatch through a mail that will contain the tracking number and other details. You can use this number to know the current status of your order within 24 hours of dispatch.

How long will it take?  

We usually dispatch most orders within one to four (1 to 4) business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Though we keep all of our catalog in our inventory there might be a one-off occurrence that we run out. It hasn’t happened so far but it’s always good to give a heads-up. In such situations, we will resolve it at our end and make sure the delivery happens at the earliest with as little delay as possible.   

 

 What are the delivery charges?

Following our principle of excellent products at the best price, we offer the best service at the most competitive prices. Most shipping within the country has a standard shipping charge; A nominal cost of Rs.99 applies to all orders below the value Rs.1000, While shipping is free for all orders above Rs.1000.  

Please note that shipping charges, if any, are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order. Just in case there are any changes in the above-mentioned prices, due to external factors, then the new prices will be reflected in our checkout window.
