Our Returns - Refunds - Replacements & Cancellations Policy

Thanks for visiting our profile and hope you have had a wonderful experience so far. We work hard to bring you excellent products and services. Having said that, we would like to point out that even with the best of our efforts, due to some external factors, things might not always go as planned. In such a case we would like to assure you that we are here to sort out any issue that you are facing.

What happens if a damaged/ defective/ wrong product is delivered to me? 

Firstly, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly follow the simple steps and we guarantee to fix the issue. 

Send us a mail on info@trucarekidz.com mentioning the  

  • Order number  

  • Date of transaction 

  • Unboxing video   

  • Images of wrongfully delivered or defective items 

Our customer care service executive will revert within Two working days to have the package picked-up from your address. Once the package arrives at our warehouse and is cleared for replacement/return, you can choose to either replace it or request a refund.    

  • Replacement - You can pick the same product as in your order or pick a new product altogether.  

  • Refund - Genuine cases qualify for a full refund in case the customer doesn’t wish to avail store credit or replacement options. 

For the refund to be processed the following conditions must be fulfilled 

  • The item to be replaced or returned is not in stock anymore. 

  • The Item is unrepairable 

  • The product needs to have its original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

 

How long does the refund process take? 

It usually takes Seven working days, from the day we receive the returned package, for your Refund to be processed. From then, it takes 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in the source bank account.  

In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of a refund through Trucarekidz coupons, which can be used during future purchases. 

 

Cancellation of order 

All orders can be canceled before the dispatch and your request will be processed in 7 working days. Just send us a mail to info@trucarekidz.com requesting a cancellation. Cancellation only applies to products before they are dispatched and NOT to products which are already dispatched purchased in Sale Events.   

 

Things to keep in mind 

The facility of Return and Refund are applicable on purchase of product >2000 only. A nominal 3% processing fees or a minimum of Rs 150/- will be charged. The request should be raised within 3 days of delivery 

This privilege does not apply to: Lego, distressed/used products/ innerwear and personal care products 

All Return/Refunds are subjected to quality checks and refunds will be initiated only when/if the product qualifies the quality checks 

Free gifts, if any, should also be returned with the order. 

Discount vouchers used for the purchase of a canceled/refund order cannot be used again. Although loyalty points, if any, will be credited back to your account.
